Great Plan! Fantastic service!!

I am very happy with my Nationwide plan for Paloma. It is comprehensive, reasonably priced and claims are paid very quickly. I have recommended this plan to all my dog-owning friends and also to our vets.

Great Insurance to have.

I have been very happy with Nationwide for all three of my dogs. They are all relatively large dogs and seem to get into a lot of things so it has been very helpful for us to have insurance.

This is an awesome investment in any puppy!

We welcomed a new puppy into our home a little over two years ago now. He was covered under this insurance plan when he came to live with us and we continued the plan. We have been able to use the policy many times to seek reimbursement for services and we have been very happy with the reimbursement. We recently had some testing done for a skin condition with a veterinary specialist. The total cost of services was about $1200. We received about $1100 of that investment back which made us extremely happy. We were able to access top quality services and the policy made this very affordable. This is a great investment for any family member! :o)

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
