So easy to make a claim and quick payment
So easy to submit a claim with the app. My claim was processed before my dogs cone of shame was off! So happy I purchased insurance for Jellybean as I didn’t have to worry about how are we going to pay for this!

Great service
My poor little girl was limping. We took her to the vet to get checked out and she was ordered to restricted activity, anti-inflammatory and pain meds for 2 weeks. Now Ruby has her appetite back and is feeling fine! The claims process was so easy and the funds were wired within a couple of weeks.

Great pet service
Very nice service. One inconvenience is you have to wait at least a month! Maybe a change is in effect. My last return money was in a week! Greatly surprise. Hope to stay that way. I pay in the at the front, once the vet let us back home. Please stay in only a week. Thanks.
