Pay the entire bill & stop raising the prices so high on policies.
I pay a lot of money a monyh & would really like each claim paid in full and all preventive healthcare” heartworm & flea” paid in full for the year for each dog not just $50.00. if I could change companies I would look for a better company but am unable to do that since my pets are now seniors and wouldn’t be able to get them insurance anywhere else so I am screwed even with my 2yr. Old.

Routine checkup
Nationwide (formerly VPI) has always been very easy to deal with.....claim submission process is simple, they keep you updated during the process, and you can receive payment electronically. No complaints.

Would recommend Nationwide
I would definitely recommend Nationwide for Pet Insurance. Claims are handled quickly and efficiently.
My only complaint is that lately I have had to re-send attachments (invoices), being told they had not been received previously. This has caused delay in being reimbursed. This just happened again, when I sent the attachment twice before.
