Premiums too high, fee schedule hurts when you have an older dog.
Customer service is good. Claims can be slow. Statements are understandable but disappointing as fee schedule has resulted in enormous out of pocket costs for me after reimbursement.

Peace of mind with Nationwide
I was frankly surprised at easy it was to do a claim online and how quickly the refund appeared in my account. Knowing my fur baby is safe and healthy and I can provide the best care without breaking the bank, gives me peace of mind.

Best decision I have made in years.
I have been extremely happy with the Pet Insurance I have purchased from you. The ease of everything from the claims process to receiving the reimbursement is the best I have ever had when any type of insurance. Since having this insurance I always recommend to my family and friends that it is something they should look into and that they will not regret it.
