Great Process
Nationwide was very easy to contact and place a claim for my dog Bo. He was playing in a baseball field and ran full speed into the aluminum bleachers. He cut his face open and his shoulder. We had to take him to an emergy vet and after a hefty bill, we sent all infor to Nationwide. The process was easy, self explainatory and our claim was paid very quickly. Side note: Bo is doing just fine now.... :)

Very prompt claims handling!
Tiffy had several claims pertaining to an ear infection. Applying for the coverage was not difficult and claims processing was superior.

Claim process is easy and payment is received quickly.
The claim process is very easy and I have the payments sent directly to my checking account.
My vet asked what insurance we have after hearing all my excellent reviews and said she will recommend Nationwide to clients who ask about insurance for their pets.
I have always had excellent customer service and payments are made within 30 days.
Thank you, Nationwide.
