Excellent service
I just started filing my dog’s claim this year. And I’m happy to say that Pet Insurance is customer oriented. They tell you that the claim was received and email you that services were covered or not and sends you a check in a few days. Keep up the good work.

Web site needs some work
Some difficulty submitting on line claim. My niece has the same insurance and isn’t getting reimbursed like she was informed she would.

We couldn't make it without you! Its nice to know you have our best interest as your focus.
Nationwide has been invaluable to Dexter and I. He had gotten himself into a few situations where he has needed veterinary care and its nice to know that Nationwide is there to help when needed. I wish my personal insurance was as good and easy to deal with as Dexters!
