Grateful to Have Nationwide Insurance for my dogs!
This is our second year of having insurance and we were not really sure if it was a smart decision. It was THE BEST decision! The peace of mind that we have now for both our dogs is undeniable. Our oldest is a big klutz and what started as a bump on his leg turned out to be infection that lead to a few weeks of antibiotics and scrubbing his paw and follow ups, etc.
Submitting the claims are easily done online and within days the money is deposited into my account that I set up electronically. Again, very easy!
Customer Service has been great when I had a question regarding amounts.
