Good Insurance, but getting way too expensive.
I find there is nothing wrong with the claim process. It's easy and fairly quick. The real issue is the cost of the policy. It is getting way too expensive to keep the policy. I had the best policy, but was forced to get a lower policy due to a rate increase. Over $2,000 for a year. That's more than I pay for my health/dental insurance and auto insurance. Was forced to make a decision that i'm not happy with. Even though a got a lower policy, I'm second guessing the trust I put in Nationwide Pet insurance. I'm evaluating the year with new policy and deciding on whether to keep insurance or not. I'm a very disappointed paying customer that lost trust in this company.
