Somewhat disappointed
In the past more of my claim amounts were paid but now it seems like less and less is covered. I'm very disappointed and I'm seriously thinking about ending my association with Nationwide Pet Insurance.

Nationwide Pet Insurance handled my claim quickly and without issue.
My cat had to have a very expensive procedure and, as promised, after the deductible, Nationwide Pet Insurance paid 90% of the cost. The claim was settled quickly and without issue. Thank you!

Incredibly simple
Had an unexpected Emergency with our pup where he needed to be hospitalized when we were out of town with him. Very simple to submit the claim and no back and forth. Payout was done in less than 1 week. So glad I got pet insurance for our puppy.

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Exclusions
