Thanks for being there when we needed you most.
The last thing I wanted to worry about when my cat was sick is do I have enough money to give my cat the best care he needed, and with Nation Wide I knew my back was covered. Thank you Nation Wide

In all my experiences of having pets, I've never really used vet services beyond vaccinations and the occasional ear infections. My mom had pet insurance for her little guy and I told her it was a waste of money and that company was ripping her off! Now that I had the opportunity to sign up for Nationwide, I wish my mom had the positive experience I have had! My two babies had unfortunate health issues arise and I wasn't sure how the insurance was going to work or if it was going to be a disappointment. Nationwide has been a blessing! The monthly rate is well worth the peace of mind, knowing that we're not in this alone!

It was easy to send in a claim. I just filled out one page, answering basic questions and attached the receipts.

Policies start at approximately $12 per month.
Coverage
Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
