Extremely easy to compare and edit policies to get the exact coverage that I need clear concise and I understand not only the coverage but the process for filing a claim, I can rest assured, knowing that I’m covered and that my pet is taken care of in the event of an emergency 10 out of 10 would recommend

Met life has made it easy

Met life has made it easy. Turn in receipts with notes and they pay their portion. Vets these days have outrageous prices. We got a new puppy who made us get insurance before receiving the pup. Thank goodness. The expenses add up quickly. I need to add my 6 year old doggie!

Good, but it can be better

You offer a good service at a fair price. However, many denials are sent "by default" instead of documentation being reviewed. And some items that should be approved, get denied for :miscellaneous: reasons. I have 2 claims under appeal review.
