MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

Met Life pet has always paid claims promptly with no run around. My only complaint is the claim filing system could be improved. For example, a simple box where a person could make notes about the submission or call out something you feel is needed would be great. The form always asks for the vet's notes, but some times you are just picking up a script and there are no vet notes. It would be nice to be able to note these things so you don't feel like you haven't provided the right info.

I had to call a couple of times and no one could give me an answer as to when claim would be completed, this was after a couple of weeks.

The website was very easy to navigate. All the information is available to help me make an informed decision.
