Flawless First Claim Experience

We took our puppies to the veterinary hospital for their 12 week check up, then we filed a claim for the expenses that were covered with our pet insurance plan, The claim filing process was easily completed and the Reims was received quickly. A great experience!!

Issue was not resolved When I tired to call the metlife help line on 3/7, I got stuck in a bunch of "special options" unrelated to may needs.
