The customer service representative took the time to explain where I could find all of my benefits. And when I filed a claim when my Great Dane had to have an emergency surgery, their reimbursement went very smoothly and quickly.

Time and time again they come through…

Time and time again MetLife Pet insurance comes through for my furbabies needs. We have two policies for 6 kitties and I have never had a problem with them. They are great over the phone and via the app. Thanks for being a great company!
