Pleasant experience with our first few claims.

Easy to get in touch with a live chat customer representative. Claims are handled promptly within reasonable processing and review time. Communication has been quite good.

Metlife Better Deal

Had to get pet insurance when getting our Bernese Mountain Dog, required by breeder. They provided Fetch Pet insurance. It never paid hardly anything for any claim sent in. I was able to get a "Family Plan" here with MetLife Pet Insurance for 3 pets for less than what I was paying for individual with Fetch.

Losing my interest in recommending them

Once again they questioned the vet and their billing despite giving them the paperwork that was accepted in the past. Becoming too expensive. Went from $858.60 in 2023 to $3902.88 in 2026 for three dogs.
