Read the notes before you reject
Had to load SOAP notes three times before they were read to see they included information requested. Have asked three times NOT to get checks but to have direct deposit and still have not received link to do so--

Must have for pets owner!
Super easy process to submit claim. MetLife provides detailed documentation of what is covered and what is not covered. Definitely recommend the insurance to anyone who has pets!
