Claim submitting easy

I submitted my claim and within a few days I was reimbursed. I haven’t had the need to speak with Customer Service yet over the phone. My online experience was easy and effortless.

I love MetLife insurance for my pets

I love MetLife insurance for my pets. The claims are easy and simple. I’ve talked to customer service only once but they were great to talk to! I think the only thing that may be a little difficult is the price increase is almost doubled from when i first got it but other than that i have no complaints!
