Considering other insurance now
I usually appreciate the promptness in reimbursement, but this last time came with issues. For whatever reason, a paper check was issued instead of the usual Zelle method. It was impossible to contact customer service over the phone and an email attempt resulted in a similar dead end. Not sure what I’m paying for now.

If the monthly installment fee is $3, how does it amount to savings of $111 in the yearly payment? It makes no sense.
