Finally a good claim experience.

I submitted a claim and for the first time, I wasn’t required to provide extra documentation before the claim could be reviewed. Almost all of my previous claims required additional documentation and were still denied. The refund for my claim was available within 1-week of submitting my claim.

Hate the extra hidden fees that you don’t show until the end. $12 BS enrollment fee plus $3 fee each month for monthly fee instead of paying full year upfront. Losers.
