We have ad MetLife Pet insurance for our pets for 3 years. They make the payouts quick. The biggest prohibitive items are the rising costs of have 2 dogs at 7 years old. Each year the costs rise exponentially.

I appreciate the office staffs friendliness and professionalism. The doctor was outstanding taking time with my girl and explaining the diagnosis and treatment to me. My only suggestion would be to try and shorten waiting time.
