Claim for a severed TPLO denied
My claim for a severed TPLO was denied. The adjuster said it was a pre-existing condition based on the fact that my dog had had surgery for a luxating patella a year prior. Totally different leg, totally different body part (knee vs. tendon), yet this was deemed preexisting. Completely false and unacceptable

Great experience with MetLife
I needed to give MetLife more information in connection with my claim and it was easy to speak with a representative. They processed and paid out my claim within a week. I could not be more satisfied with them thank you so much!

In the past it’s taken up to 3 weeks
In the past it’s taken up to 3 weeks, but recently payout has been as fast as 24 hours from submission. Also, so far, have been reimbursed 100% of what was promised.
