Talk about amazing customer service !
Nima went above and beyond in assisting me with making a claim for the first time earlier this year for our Dog Bella.
He was not only, kind, and patient but incredibly helpful when it came to following up with me multiple times during the paperwork process .

Ease of claim!!
My youngest cat Hudson unfortunately passed away. We had a few vet expenses including his cremation. In less than a month the insurance claim was approved. The claim process was very easy. I am grateful to have chosen Metlife for my cats.
