C'mon man

C'mon man. This company is hands down the best Pet insurance company I have tried. My sweet exotic shorthair had emergency eye surgery and with a couple of document requests after my submission, they had cash in my hand in one week. They are just great. Checkups, dental cleanings, everything is like clockwork.

MetLife Pet Insurance is great

MetLife Pet Insurance is great. The claims process is super easy. All you have to do is upload the docs. No crazy forms. Once evaluated by MetLife, payments are made very quickly and come thru Zelle directly into your account.

Good company to work with

It is simple to open a claim on their website. The company keeps you updated via email throughout the process and claims are settled in a timely manner. I've had pet insurance with them for a few years and have been very pleased.

We had just switched to MetLife a month…

We had just switched to MetLife a month or so before my pet unexpectedly passed away. I didn't expect they would cover any of the final expenses. When I called to cancel, the rep was really kind and told me to submit the claim and I was really pleasantly surprised how easy it was and the coverage was great. I also appreciate the kindness at a really difficult time.

Submission of claims is so fast and easy. I really appreciate that I don't need to fill out any additional forms to have my claim processed.
