Easy to enroll but unsuccessful entering vaccines

Was pretty easy to enroll. The choices were harder. One issue, I take a picture of his current shots and vaccines, and it asks me to type them in. The choices they offer once I type in what his vaccines were, they weren't an offer and didn't recognize anything I put in. So... Im at a loss. If you can help me great đź‘Ť
