So far my experience has been good. For the most part they review and process your claim within the time they say they will. I haven't had any major issues with them.

MetLife Pet Insurance has met all of my pet's needs in terms of coverage.

MetLife Pet Insurance has met all of our needs in regard to reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses for our pet. When I've had to call them to make inquiries, their staff has always conducted themselves in a friendly, professional manner and they have always resolved any concerns that I have. I am extremely pleased with their pet coverage.
