I mainly gave five because of your improvement over last 18 months. The people that I work with have been great-very professional people. Un fortunately two of my pets are with a different company and I can not change to Met Life due to pre-existing conditions. Otherwise I would have insurance for all my pets with you

Simple…

It was simple answer a few questions and upload photos of my vet reports and receipts into the Metlife Pet app. Received emails on receipt, when they were being reviewed, approved, and when deposited directly to my account.
