Claim Response Time

Your timely response to complete claims is awful!!!!! Says 5-10 days, it might wait a month!!!!! To get my money back and every time I submit a claim it duplicates it, and then you all are so confused that you can't figure it out!!! Your system sucks!!!!!

I've had this insurance for my last yellow lab insurance on him for 15 years and now my new red lab black noise he's 6 years old I up the insurance on my new lab there paying me 90% back on what I spend on him it's great insurance thank you
