Good Almost Great Service

Never an issue when making a claim. Only complaint I have is the amount of time it takes to receive the funds. If it wasn’t for that, I would give 5 stars.

MetLife was responsive when there was…

MetLife was responsive when there was an issue with my claim and are typically fair with their reimbursements. I’m very glad I have pet insurance with this kind of coverage.

Customer service is excellent

The staff in customer service are excellent and caring. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars is because my monthly premium increased over $100 in a single year. My dog’s insurance is now more expensive than my own. But I will obviously pay for it because he’s worth it. But just feels like insurance companies know this and will take more than they need from pet parents.

Hassle-free claims process

So far they’ve always paid claims according to the terms of the policy with no extra push back or appeals required.
