Metlife Pet Insurance has an easy to use interface and they make quick benefits decisions with direct payouts. Their customer service was helpful in answering my questions in a kind interaction.

Great service and prompt reimbursement.

I had some trouble logging into the mobile app. I called customer service and was told to try from my computer. I did but still a problem. I was trying to reset my password because biometrics had expired. I wasn’t getting the authentication number at all. A notification said you were having technical difficulties so I waited a couple days and everything was working. Annoying but resolved.

It's a super easy process and very quick to get reimbursements. With great coverage.

Prompt responses to claims with clear explanations of coverages. This is my first time purchasing pet insurance and I couldn't be happier.
