ER Visit

After several visits to the emergency vet, I can say MetLife insurance processed all my claims with no problems at all. It's good to know that during the stressful times with my pet, I can count on MetLife Pet Insurance!

The whole process was simple and quick

The whole process was simple and quick. I did my claim via the app. The app was easy-to-use. I filed my claim 11/05/25 at 5:08 pm. My reimbursement was in my account 11/07/25 by 4:30 pm. I was impressed.
