Been with PetFirst/Metlife for 20 years!
I've been with PetFirst/Metlife for nearly 20 years. I've always had all my pets insured by them and even though at times I have to submit paperwork 2x...they always pull through in the end. Metlife is the only insurance company I know that takes homeopathic approach seriously for our pets and reimburses for that.
