I’ve placed 2 claims in the year that I’ve had coverage. They were handled promptly, professionally and efficiently. Thank you!

It takes too long to process a claim. Also the extra steps that are required to submit both invoice and soap notes are understood. But there is still delayed response or inquiries to any uploaded claim that come back. Can take up to a month to get reimbursement.

Would have been nice to have a date picker on when to start coverage.

The ease of navigating through the website to enroll was smooth. Plan comparison data were clear. Option of monthly or annual payment was beneficial. The discount incentive to enroll via internet was a smarter marketing option which I took advantage of. The option to still speak to a live person with the repeated enroll by calling contact information enhanced mytrust and confidence in this enrollment process. Finally, seeing the awards given to MetLife Pet Insurance year after year, was the defininig moment to go with this plan as oppose to comparing it to the Pet Insurance Plan offered by my spouse's company.

Extremely easy to submit claims. Reasonable turnaround from Metlife’s claims department for payment.
