I have had this insurance for 3 years now and this is the FIRST time I have submitted a claim, and it has been processed correctly and in a timely manner. Hopefully from now on the service has improved and will continue to be good.

The service has got better since I…
The service has got better since I initially joined a year or so ago. The reimbursement seems to have sped up. I haven’t really used it for anything major just meds and office visits.
