Beware their rate hikes for no reason

The processes are easy and reliable, but as with any insurance company, Metlife raises the rates A LOT on a yearly basis with absolutely no additional benefits. It's greed, 100% on the company's part.

MetLife Pet Insurance has been Excellent!

MetLife Pet Insurance has been absolutely amazing in helping to handle my pets care. They are quick to respond and the app offers a lot of useful features. They are detailed in their responses and they keep you up to date every step of the way. Their customer service has been great as well.
