The claim process has been long and…

The claim process has been long and confusing. First claim was denied when I asked the person said it was in error. So had to start all over. Then the app showed missing documents. I had to call again because I submitted them . They said they had everything. Its been that way each time.

MetLife pet insurance makes it really easy and hassle free to get reimbursed. I never have to worry about expensive vet visits or medications because they cover it.

The deductible is too high …

The deductible is too high and when accounting for long term treatments makes the insurance not as valuable.

Not all pre-existing conditions are actually pre-existing

I'm rather upset about they way my claims were handled for a dog I adopted. Some claims were designated as pre-existing, even though the dog had been tested and given a positive physical. I do plan to appeal.
