For the past couple of years I’ve been paying over $100.00 a month for pet insurance and it covered nothing but one exam a year and 4 shots! I’m so happy to feel like I’m getting something for my money. I am very satisfied.

When I called

When I called, the nice customer service lady explained to me how to submit supporting documentation and the reason why the Met Life app would only accept 2 photos on my claim. I had no problem submitting the documentation by email.
