Knowledgeable and helpful customer service
As stressful as this can get when your pet gets sick the insurance company makes the whole process of submitting the claim and communicating very well and as promised on time. The customer service was very helpful and understanding, answered all of my questions and concerns. They explained step by step what I need to do and they responded fairly quickly. We are pleased so far with MetLife Pet insurance .

You pay quickly
You pay quickly. I just eish you woukd break down the premium between the wellness coverage and accident illness when you srnd renewal message. I don’t want to speak to an agent to get info that should be provided to me automatically.
