I appreciate how quickly I get reimbursed but I don't like that I always get told I forgot something on my claim even though I make sure I check to make sure I have included everything.

MetLife has been excellent to work with. Claims are easy to file and the agents are always helpful and cheerful. Thank you.

They offer great coverage. Good customer service. My only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 is because the reimbursement takes more than 3 days and direct deposit can cause issues resulting in check being mailed instead of deposited which takes additional days. Other than that great price my job qualified me for a small discount and like I said the coverage is great I love it.
