Fair and equitable
I have found the reimbursement process for claims to be smooth and completed in a reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased to be able to claim for the veterinarian prescribed dog food my pet requires.

I love this company
I love this company.
It's easy to upload the documents for "New Claim". I get a confirmation email very quickly and in a matter of days (2-3) when they are reviewing and processing my case.
After that I get another email, which informs me, how do I get my portion back including with the $ amount. I had 3 options to choose from. I got my $ back in like matter of seconds. I could not believe it - I was very happy!!!
Only thing is: I had 7 days to click on the link to receive the payment. The first time (previously) I forgot to do that > I had to call the Company (MetLife Pet) and I got my $ in the mail as a check. The employee was super nice and very helpful / understanding. She explained to me how their process works.
