I wanted to ask about what services were covered but chat doesn’t work AND was on hold for over an hour. I sure hope it improves now that you took my money

Enjoy that year. I originally signed up with MetLife thru work. They allowed me to fully insure both my cats for $59/month. Since that day a few years ago, they've effectively quadrupled their rates. Now I'm paying $120 / month for ONE cat, since they kept denying payments to the other cat for supposed "pre-existing conditions". I will say when they're not busy quadrupling their rates and asking for SOAP notes, they do actually pay out most claims.

So far, all is easy.
