The rates are great and I don’t have to stress on vet bills. Signing up was very easy and the different plans are easy to find and understand to fit your needs and budget.

Claim processing is slow and often claim agents miss documents already provided. Too often, I'd get an email saying I missed a document and had to reply with "No, the document was provided" for the claim to be thoroughly looked at and then it gets processes without me adding anything further. This all could have been avoided and quite annoying to deal with. Beside the claim processing issues, overall MetLife has been amazing to my pets.

Got denied insurance coverage for this claim. Was deemed a pre-existing condition when it was not. The doctor even said that it wasn't. Now all the visits to fix my pups stomach problem is not covered
