I have never purchase pet insurance…
I have never purchased pet insurance in the past for any of our pets. When we chose MetLife to insure our New Australian Shehpherd puppy, we found the process to be very straightforward. Submitting claims is incredibly easy through the app and reimbursement has been received within just a few short days after claim submission. We are so glad that we signed up for this plan for our puppy and especially appreciate the coverage for preventative care.

I didn’t have to argue or go through 50…
I didn’t have to argue or go through 50 steps to prove my pet didn’t have a pre-existing condition unlike my previous provider. Claims process was quick and easy with a turnaround payment quick enough to help me avoid interest on my credit card payment. Very satisfied!
