I was trying to change my address from Canada over to USA and I received a call from Amanda Mello. Wow, she was extremely helpful and nice! I realized that the process wasn’t as simple as just changing online, but after receiving Amanda’s help, it really went smoothly. She explained everything so well and had so much patience with me. She even put in a ticket with IT and called me the next day at the time she promised me to finish the whole process. She is one of the reasons I love having my pet insurance with Fetch. I receive reasonable updates about the status of any of the claims I have submitted. Fantastic response to get the claims processed. If they need more documentation, they reach out via text and email. Once I have fulfilled the deductible amount and I get refunds, those are processed quickly.

Amanda was super helpful, and gave me clear and insightful information.
