Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Amanda, my broker, was incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable and kind. She was the kind of person that reminds you that there is a point to having faith in humanity. Thank you for the incredible service and information, Amanda; it helped me choose the right pet insurance package. I know I found the right pet insurance company in Fetch because a human picked up the phone. Sounds like they value their customers. Enough said. 🙏

I have used Fetch before for a pup I had for 15 years before she crossed the rainbow bridge. I only had to use them one time, as Sippy was a healthy pup. I have another small toy poodle puppy now and I turned to Fetch for insurance coverage for her. This time, I researched different pet insurance companies and got quotes for the coverage I wanted. Fetch, once again, came thru. They offered the best coverage for the best rates. Plus, their claims process couldn't be any easier and their customer service was always there to help. Very impressive. Amanda was a great help. We are getting another poodle next month and Amanda gave me her contact information so I could add "Jack" to "Piper"'s policy. When working with customer service, specifically Justin Worthington he was patient, kind, and answered all my questions in full detail. He explained all the coverages in depth, and really focused on what was best no only for the bread I was taking home but for my pocket as well. A true balance. He went over the claim process, annual coverage in depth, and how best to get routine coverage which was very important.

The claim was very easy and they deposited the money sooner than later
