Excellent Coverage Through Fetch
Our 8-year old Boston Terrier began experiencing issues with her left eye (corneal ulcer, conjunctivitis, ectopic cilia, benign mass). After multiple doctor visits to our regular veterinarian, care was transitioned to an ophthalmologist who discerned that she was suffering from an ectopic cilia that caused many of the other issues with her eye. Our Boston Terrier underwent surgery and then I submitted multiple claims (invoices and medical records) to Fetch for the multitude of visits. As they have done in the past with another pup, Fetch paid a 90% reimbursement after the deductible was met. We are appreciative for the clarity in which Fetch uses in the reimbursement process along with the quick reimbursement—and most importantly our Boston Terrier is healthy and happy again!!!

Lance was Awesome ❤️
Lance, the insurance representative I worked with, was absolutely one of the most incredible customer service employees I've ever interacted with! Lance was incredibly friendly, enormously helpful, and not at all pushy while I was going through the process of cancelling my policy. 10/10, Lance deserves a raise!!!

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
