A must!
Quick and easy. I’ve been a customer since 2010 originally go pet plan. No change in the level of service. No excess fees, they even gave a discount for being loyal. Easy process, I can access my documents to make sure my cat Forest is covered. It took 2 weeks I think to be reimbursed, reimbursed per policy so no surprises. Very easy to understand. If you’re considering pet insurance do it, It’s like car insurance, health insurance etc, we can pay for it so we are covered and don’t have to foot a large bill.

Claim process
I recently had to make a claim for one of our cats that has been covered by Fetch for a few years. The process was quick and I didn't have to wonder what was going on with the claim. I was kept informed of the status and navigating information on the app was easy.

My cherished 13 year old got seriously ill quickly
My cherished 13 year old has had some serious health issues over the last two months. I got the immediate care that he needed without hesitation. Vet costs are very high but as pet parents we always want to do whatever it takes, regardless of the cost at that time. The bills really racked up pretty quickly. I submitted everything to Fetch and they reviewed everything and approved all of the outstanding bills. I continue to get follow-up care to ensure my baby is out of danger and doesn't have a relapse. I'm so grateful that Fetch has continued to pay as I'm a retiree on a fixed income. Filing a claim is easy. TY from the bottom of our hearts. Date of recent experience was 10/14/22 but his health issues started early September.

Thanks for fetch reimburse us the money so fast. Our pet was in hospital for a couple of days and the cost is not a small number for the family. The reimbursement for Fetch means a lot for our family!
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
