Over a year ago, we rescued a sick 6-week-old puppy. Thanks to excellent veterinary care, he was nursed back to 100% health, clearing all infections and testing completely negative across the board. A year later, we signed up for Embrace Insurance through a recommendation from a veteran service. After a recent move, we submitted three routine claims (for allergies and an upset stomach). What followed was months of abysmal customer service. They dragged us through incompetent procedures, constantly blaming delays on "IT issues," only to ultimately deny every single claim. Taking advantage of veterans and pet owners who just want to care for their animals is shameful. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company.
