This company is a scam. AVOID at all costs.
This company is a scam. I just realized that they have not paid a single claim since we signed up with them. They are claiming that every time we have to visit a vet its due to pre existing conditions, even though the vet says there's no indication of pre existing condition connection. And the appeal process is BS. there's been no follow up. We've been paying
$167.57 per month for several years. What an absolute joke.

Would never recommend
Would never recommend. They dragged my pets review process for 4 months and then gave me a list of 16 pre-existing medical conditions which were ludicrous. Never filed a claim and cancelled and they refuse to refund me for the 4 months I paid. There's better options out there.
THEIR RESPONSE BELOW shows how ridiculous they are, they did not even listen to my complaint. It's not about claims, it's that they dragged her approval process for 4 months while collecting her premium and then replying with 16 pre-existing conditions that are laughable. There are 3 actual pre-existing conditions. I told them to cancel my policy and refund all my money since they dragged it out this long. There are no claims and no money paid out. STAY AWAY THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE

Scam
This company is a scam. They will do anything possible not to refund your claim. They request documents after documents from both you and the provider. Its been 3 months and still asking us for my documents. Our dog had a chemical burn and they want to say its a pre-existing condition. They had no issues taking our monthly payments. Run dont use this company.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
