Very very satisfied!

Nice, simple website. Clear instructions on how to submit claim. Prompt initial response to claim. Resolved in 7-10 days. Very good communication on status throughout. Prompt payment to my account. So impressed that I'm going to see about enrolling my other dog.

I do not recommend this pet insurance

I do not recommend this pet insurance. I’ve had a claim pending for 2 months and all my vets have submitted the information they have requested and they still won’t release the claim. I even called today to speak to a supervisor and they refused to let me speak to one stating that i need to speak to the adjusted that still hasn’t returned any of my calls. This is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer. I do not recommend

This is amazing

This is amazing! I highly recommend embrace pet insurance to anyone. I put my claim in, within a few days I got my reimbursement. You are true to your word and it’s cheap.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
