They were easy to work with, caring and great at what they do. I got a dog neutered, and they made it a simple as possible, with early drop off and end of day pick up. Very organized. They have you park in a parking space that has a number, for drop off, then you park in the same place for pick up. Which makes them very efficient. Would recommend to anyone. Prices are always very good and fare. The workers are kind and attentive.

Very good with my animals. You can tell they love their jobs! Straightforward check in and pickup process. 1 star off because there was a mistake with the medication for one of my dogs but they answered right away and fixed it without a hassle

The staff is wonderful. My dog Tanner gets very spoiled and doesn't mind getting his shots because they are very nice to him.and spoil him, so he is happy to go there.

We arrived early and they came right out, even before I could check in! We love them. They are so good with our wild puppy of 50#. We manage all our vaccinations and heartworm tests through Spay and Neuter. So convenient: just text, make an appointment, show up, park. They come out and get our dog and their rates are so very reasonable. Can't say anything more but terrific staff, service, and skills.

They told me my dog was older than I thought. Good to know. Very nice and professional. Blue is not happy, but I am.
